Lay Away for Firearms

1. You must notify us prior to an auction ending you wish to use our layaway service. Layaway service is only available on certain items as noted in the ad. A deposit must be provided consisting of 20% of purchase price OR $50 whichever is greater at the end of the auction.

2. Half of the total price is to be paid on or before 30 days have paseed.

3. If for any reason you choose not to complete the transaction you will lose your deposit or be charged a minimum $50 restocking fee; large ticket items $1,000 or over is 10%.

4. If you need additional time to complete your Layaway you must notify us before the 60 days has passed, if you do not, a restocking will automatically be deducted from your deposit, you will be issued a refund check for the balance and you will give up all claims to that item.

5. If you want to continue your transaction after 60 days and the item is still available you may pay a $25.50 per week service charge in addition to the remaining balance until the item is paid in full.
