Internet Sales & Return Policies

Dear Sir or Madam:

Please take a moment to review our sales and shipping policies for firearms sales, firearms parts, and accessories. If you intend to return your purchase, please notify us as soon as possible and repack the item in the same box as received. We will not accept any packages without prior approval. Inspect the packaging upon receipt. Check it carefully and make any claim of damage to the carrier immediately!

Open the box once you receive your order and check the item for damage as soon as possible.

1. If you (the buyer) are not satisfied with the condition or description of the firearm, part, or accessory as compared to what was shown in the photos, or stated in our ad, or relayed via phone conversation, you may return the item to the seller within three (3) business days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less credit card charges (3-5% if applicable) and any shipping/insurance. The buyer will return the firearm in exactly the same condition as received, prepaying all shipping and insurance charges.
    
2. Returns will NOT be honored for any other reason. If you return an item for any reason other than stated above, you will be subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 25% of the purchase price. Please make sure you ask all your questions before making a purchase, as we will gladly answer them. Also make sure the item you have purchased is legal to possess in the area in which you live. If you have a question about the legality of any item please consult your local law enforcement personnel.
    
3. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser only after the item has been physically received by us and inspected. Refund will be sent in the same form as payment was received, money order, credit card etc. within three business days after receipt of the item.
