Warranty On New Firearms
Most NEW firearms are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, so any issues or concerns should be taken up with the manufacturer. Inspect the firearm carefully and follow all instructions and safety warnings outlined in your owner’s manual. If you are unsure about the safe operation of your new firearm you should seek professional instruction prior to loading or shooting your firearm! By keeping the firearm you agree to the terms outlined herein and will agree to hold blameless Aries Gun Shop Inc. for any consequences or damages arising from the use of any new firearm or product sold by us. If you do not intend on keeping your purchase please notify as soon as possible and repack the item in the same box as received and return it to us, as we will not accept any packages without prior approval. We reserve the right to reject improperly repackaged items.
No Warranty On Used Firearms!
Aries Gun Shop visually and functionally inspects all used firearms we sell and guarantees them to be accurately described as to condition and functionality, however due to the lack of control we have once they leave our facility Aries Gun Shop Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied as of fitness for either particular use or merchantability of any product sold by us. Many firearms are still covered by the manufacturers warranty even after being sold so any issues of warranty should be taken up with the manufacturer. Inspect the firearm carefully and follow all safety warnings as outlined in your owner’s manual if provided. You should always have a used firearm inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing it. We are not a testing facility and will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of this firearm. If you have any concerns as to the safety of the firearm you have purchased, return it to us according to the policy provided. Firearms Which Are Sold "As Is"
or "For Parts Only"
This statement means exactly that, if we list a
firearm for sale and specify in the description "as-is"
or "for parts only" we
have inspected the firearm carefully and found it to be of questionable safety
or in some way unfit for use. SUCH FIREARMS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A SHOOTER & SHOULD NOT BE FIRED! This is not to say you cannot have a firearm such as
this repaired or inspected for use, there are many excellent gunsmiths which
can restore almost any firearm to shooting condition. Occasionally we will
describe firearms in this way only because of their age or construction; some
of the older firearms while they are able to chamber and fire modern ammunition
should not be fired with it because the modern gun powders usually work at
much higher pressures than the original loads. By keeping the firearm you
